Fat Cat Zip Line Trolley-5/8", 3/4" Cable
Fat Cat Zip Trolley for zipping on 5/8" and 3/4" cable!
The Fat Cat is from a line of proven performers for zip line operations. This specialized design works great for the thicker and larger 1/2" - 3/4" cables used more and more by zip line tours and canopy tours. 3/4" sheaves make this the ONLY readily available zip line trolley for 5/8" cable & 3/4" cable. The Fat Cat is a revolutionary design built from .101 thick 304 stainless steel. Double bearing sets for each sheave assure long life and smooth operation, and unlike the competition, it is assembled using machined axles which may cost more but give the Fat Cat zip trolley unparalleled structural integrity.
Safety is always a primary objective, and the Fat Cat zip trolley uses an additional back up bolt should there ever be a catastrophic failure during use. The sheaves are case hardened to a 56-58 Rockwell and spin on ball bearings to provide excellent wear characteristics in challenging outdoor environments. Built to accept two carabiners at the attachment point for extra safety. An extra large twist lock steel carabiner is included. This steel carabiner is ideally suited for the wide trolley opening and directional load requirements of the Fat Cat. Breaking strength 19,000 lbs. (tests pending) This will provide thousands of high speed zip line rides when operated safely and can be rebuilt economically when it finally wears out many years from now.
The Fat Cat Zip Line Trolley will work on 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" wire rope, cable or rope. (19 mil rope). Use on smaller cables is not recommended. This will cause grooving and uneven wear of the sheaves.
An XL steel zip trolley attachment carabiner is included!
