Merchandise Return Policy

Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of material.
A restocking fee of 15% plus shipping fees will apply. 
No Freight collect or COD shipments will be accepted. 
Unauthorized returns will be returned at the shipper's expense. To receive an RA# please call (877) 206-8967. RA# must be printed on the return label.
Custom ordered materials, custom manufactured lanyards or hardware and materials (rope, webbing, cable, etc.) cut to custom lengths are not returnable.
