Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Experiential Systems provides SHIPPING to the US (lower 48+ Hawaii) with UPS and USPS. Please call or email if you have any questions : 520-896-2007, info@experientialsystems.com.
DELIVERY:
Merchandise will ship within 2 to 7 business days after the order has been processed. All orders will be shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. At our discretion, items may be drop shipped from the factory.
RETURN POLICY:
Please call Adventure Gear for authorization of Return Goods before returning any merchandise. All returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. The purchaser must pay shipping on returns and a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the total will charged unless otherwise specified.
